Sticky chicken wings

Ingredients:
1 pack wings 500gms
2 tbsp pepper powder
1 ½ tsp chilly powder
1 ½ tbsp honey
2 tsp oyster sauce
2 tsp soy sauce
3 cloves garlic chopped
2 red thai chillies sliced
1 cup Coke/Pepsi

Method:
Step 1. Wash and cut the wings into halves.. Add salt, pepper and chilly powder and marinade for 1/2 an hour.
Step 2. Fry the wings in a hot pan till nice and golden on both sides. (do not add oil)
Step 3. Add the garlic and sauces and mix well making sure all the wings are properly coated.
Step 4. Add the coke/pepsi and reduce to low heat and cook till the wings are almost done.
Step 5. Increase the heat stirring occasionally until majority of the sauce is absorbed but don't allow to completely dry out.
Step 6. Finishing touches.. Transfer the wings onto a serving dish and spoon the remaining sauce over them. Garnish with chopped coriander.

Serve hot with white rice..
(It can also be served by itself as a starter)
